The partner program application process is now open again! We’re excited to expand the program and welcome a broader group of creators.

While we would love to welcome everyone who has shown passion and dedication, we want to grow the program gradually. This ensures that every partner gets the care, attention, and support they deserve. Rest assured, we plan to open more application windows in the future as our capacity grows!

At this stage, we’re looking for folks who have already created BitCraft-related content or streamed and plan to continue doing so. Channel size isn't our main focus, we’re far more excited to connect with creators who share our chill, welcoming values and have a genuine passion for BitCraft Online.

Applications will open on September 30, 2026. The form will close once we reach capacity and will reopen at a later date when we’re ready to onboard more creators.

Partner Program Agreement

1. Eligibility and Application. To be eligible for the BitCraft Partner Program, you represent and warrant that you are:

• at least 18 years old;
• you actively create and distribute original content on platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter/X;
• you are not prohibited by applicable laws or platform policies from participating in content creator or partner programs;

2. Agreement to be Bound. You agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, BitCraft Online Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy and any other related policies. Acceptance into the Program is at Clockwork Labs’ sole discretion and may be revoked at any time for any reason.

3. Content Standards and Conduct. You agree not to create, publish, or distribute any content that includes hate speech, violence, obscenity, sexual or adult material; political endorsements or campaign messaging; promotion of gambling, drugs, alcohol, e-cigarettes, or other age-restricted or illegal products; or any material that infringes third-party rights.

You must also comply with the policies of the platforms you use, applicable laws and regulations, including the FTC’s Endorsement Guidelines, anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws, and comply with any Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) entered into with Clockwork Labs.

4. Partner Responsibilities. As a BitCraft Partner, you serve as an ambassador for the game and must maintain a positive, inclusive, and professional presence. You agree not to exploit Partner status for undue personal benefit. Further, you are expected to meet content creation expectations.

5. Confidentiality. You understand that you may be exposed to certain confidential information about Clockwork Labs that may not have been disclosed to the public (collectively, the "Confidential Information"). You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all Confidential Information disclosed to you (or which otherwise becomes available to you) in connection with this Agreement and will hold all Confidential Information in strict confidence. You further agree to refrain from disclosing or using Confidential Information for any purpose other than participating in the Partner program. The obligation to maintain the confidentiality of Confidential Information shall survive termination of this agreement.

6. Perks, Benefits, Compensation. Clockwork Labs may provide access to early content, exclusive events, private Discord servers, and promotional tools. You may also be given complimentary Steam Keys to utilize as giveaways for you and your community to play BitCraft Online and more.

You will be entitled to receive a BitCraft Online Partner virtual badge and promote yourself as a “BitCraft Online Partner” or refer to yourself as a member of the “BitCraft Online Partner Program” across social media and community discussion groups.

All benefits are discretionary, subject to change or revocation without notice and this Section comprises the full extent of compensation available to Partners under this Agreement.

7. Use of Your Name, Likeness, and Information. You hereby grant to Clockwork Labs the right to use your name, image, likeness, and biographical, professional, and other identifying information (including information you provide to us and any other information about you that is publicly available)/provided by you from time to time (collectively, "Likeness") in connection with the Partner Program and any derivative works we make from the Program, including to advertise and promote the same or any product/service that features or includes the Posts or a derivative work of a Post, in whole or in part. You waive the right to inspect or approve any use of your Likeness as contemplated in this Agreement.

8. Ownership; Grant of Rights. You will own and retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Content you make under this Partner Program, subject to the license granted to us in this paragraph. We will own and retain all right, title, and interest in and to all derivative works of the Content made under this Partner Program made by us, or by any third party for our benefit subject to your rights in the underlying Content. You hereby grant to Clockwork Labs and our affiliates, and each of our respective direct and indirect licensees, successors, and assigns, perpetual, irrevocable, freely transferable and sublicensable, fully paid-up and royalty-free right and license to use the Content, including all copyrights and other intellectual property rights therein and all renewals and extensions thereof, in all formats and media, whether now known and existing or hereafter discovered or developed, throughout the universe, for all or any purposes whatsoever. For purposes of clarity and without limiting the foregoing, you agree that this license gives us the right: (a) to modify, edit, combine with other materials, translate, include in collective works, and otherwise create derivative works of the Content; and (b) to reproduce, perform (publicly or otherwise), display (publicly or otherwise), and transmit the Content, including any derivative works of the Content, in whole or in part.

9. Termination. Clockwork Labs may suspend or terminate your Partner status at any time for breach of this Agreement, policy violations, inactivity, or other conduct deemed harmful to the community. Upon termination, you must discontinue any use of Partner branding or materials.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability. The Partner Program is provided "as is" without warranties. Clockwork Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation.

11. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements regarding the BitCraft Partner Program.
